Eating Disorder and Recovery Coach

I am a certified professional life coach (C.P.C.) specializing in supporting clients with eating disorders. I also mentor motivated individuals with other challenges who are ready to improve their lives. After overcoming my own hardships, I became passionate about helping others find their path toward recovery. My history gives me a unique perspective that enables me to help clients reach their goals.

I battled with all forms of an eating disorder, most notably flipping from severe anorexia to binge eating disorder. I know how isolating and shameful this can feel and how you may want to keep it a secret. You are not alone and this is more common than you may realize. Nothing you could say would surprise me and there is a way forward.

My philosophy is that full recovery is attainable. I enjoy thinking outside the box and believe it takes a creative approach to help individuals become unstuck and see things in a new light. I take a personal approach and believe in recovery tailored to you.

I have over a decade of lived experience struggling with and recovering from eating disorders. I combine my extensive personal and professional experience to support you in finding your own steps toward:

  • Navigating recovery
  • Challenging disordered thoughts and behaviors
  • Improving poor body image
  • Promoting positive self-talk and coping mechanisms
  • Overcoming fear foods and eating disorder rituals
  • Normalizing dysfunctional relationships with food
  • Identifying and taking action toward your goals
  • Achieving personal and professional success

In addition to my extensive background with eating disorders, I also have firsthand experience with chronic illness and navigating the unique challenges that they present. I can help you:

  • Advocate for your care
  • Process the often scary, confusing and exhausting world of receiving a diagnosis
  • Cope with potential new limitations
  • Become empowered to move forward

I meet you where you are, and we move forward at your own pace. You are safe, understood, and supported here.
