DIET WHAT?

Okay listen; diets should not be a part of your vocabulary. Like I said before, your body is smart. If you deprive it too much you cannot assume you are going to be able to keep it up very long. Or if you do, you are going to harm your health and relationships as well as being a grumpy b*tch. Choose a healthy, realistic goal whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, increase muscle, or simply eat differently. You have to tell yourself it will take time. Patience is your friend and your results will be sustainable. And on a side note, it is so normal no matter who you are to splurge at night. It’s human nature. Give yourself a break. Enjoy it. Move on. Quit beating yourself up. You’re not bad. You’re not a failure. You are h-u-m-a-n! ~Britt
