LET GO OF THE CHAOS
How do you let go of addiction, self-harm, eating disorders, over exercise, fear, or negative thoughts that keep you depressed, isolated and socially afraid? Most people hold on to some sort of behavior that does not serve them positively, but for many others that behavior is literally killing them, whether it be slowly or quickly, mentally or physically. Yet, why does it seem to destroy us to let such a thing go? Why is this behavior and way of life so important?
We believe it’s holding our life together. It’s a delusional belief that we can’t live without it, but the truth is we can. We become loyal to the chaos and the abuse because we know no other way. It’s familiar and comfortable. The only way to survive and truly live though is to take a risk and make the choice to change. The behavior and way of life is killing us; letting it go… I promise; will not. ~Britt
