THE HEALTHY WEIGH

If you are still struggling to find your healthy weight please know you are not alone in your quest. Be patient. It doesn’t happen overnight. And remember to remind yourself that you are making these positive changes to simply be healthier. Don’t confuse weight loss or weight gain with being some sort of magic life changer. In other words, remember that you are beautiful and perfect for who you are on the inside and you shouldn’t feel the need to be a different weight in order to love or accept yourself. Just keep on going. Whether you stumble or whether you fall; what matters is that you pick yourself back up and keep putting one foot in front of the other. It’s so much easier to give up you know. But you are stronger than that. People would have been much less shocked if I did give up. ~Britt
